These practical exercises focus on the character’s clothing and accessories. They explore different outfit shapes and how garments sit on the body. Folds, tension and volume are practiced through a variety of poses and movements. Different materials can also be explored, from light fabrics to heavier or more structured clothing. The exercises can introduce new silhouettes, accessories, variations and outfit combinations. The goal is to create and draw a wide range of outfits while keeping the character’s visual identity consistent.
